Si la situaci\u00f3 no ha canviat, nom\u00e9s hauran de firmar els impresos, sense necessitat de presentar cap documentaci\u00f3 acreditativa (ja que ja es va presentar l\u2019any passat). Presentar certificat expedit \u00a0per la persona titular del centre residencial de protecci\u00f3 de menors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <\/span><b>fills de v\u00edctimes de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Presentar c\u00f2pia compulsada de l\u2019ordre de l\u2019ordre de protecci\u00f3 a favor de la v\u00edctima o la sent\u00e8ncia definitiva condemnat\u00f2ria per fets constitu\u00eds de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>V\u00edctimes de terrorisme<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Presentar c\u00f2pia compulsada de la resoluci\u00f3 del Ministeri d\u2019Interior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes destinataris de la <\/span><b>renda valenciana d\u2019inclusi\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Presentar c\u00f2pia compulsada de la resoluci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els alumnes que siguen beneficiaris directes rebran l\u2019import m\u00e0xim de l\u2019ajuda.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>COM REALITZAR LA SOL\u00b7LICITUD:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquelles fam\u00edlies que ja van sol\u00b7licitar la beca de menjador en el curs 2017\/2018 i la situaci\u00f3 del qual no haja canviat, podran sol\u00b7licitar en el centre un esborrany de sol\u00b7licitud on ja constaran pregravats les dades de la sol\u00b7licitud anterior. El dit esborrany haur\u00e0 de ser signat per la mateixa persona que va realitzar la sol\u00b7licitud el curs anterior. No ser\u00e0 necessari aportar cap documentaci\u00f3 justificada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Aquelles fam\u00edlies que no van sol\u00b7licitar la beca de menjador en el curs 2017\/2018 hauran de realitzar una sol\u00b7licitud i aportar <\/span><b>Fotoc\u00f2pia del DNI\/NIE<\/b><span> dels sol\u00b7licitants, <\/span><b>llibre de fam\u00edlia<\/b><span> i tota la documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a acreditar la composici\u00f3 de la unitat familiar, la renda familiar i aquelles dades sociofamiliars que s\u00f3n considerades en la convocat\u00f2ria. Hauran de portar l\u2019original i fotoc\u00f2pia per a la seua confrontaci\u00f3. En el cas que els alumnes que formen part de la mateixa unitat familiar estiguen escolaritzats en el curs 2018\/2019 en un \u00fanic centre, es presentar\u00e0 una \u00fanica sol\u00b7licitud. Si estan escolaritzats en uns quants centres, es presentar\u00e0 una sol\u00b7licitud per cada centre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>MEMBRES COMPUTABLES DE LA UNITAT FAMILIAR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els progenitors o representants legals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019alumne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Germans menors de 26 anys o majors d\u2019edat quan es tracte de persones amb diversitat funcional amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33% que convisquen en el mateix domicili i sempre que no perceben cap tipus d\u2019ingr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de <\/span><b>divorci o separaci\u00f3 legal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dels pares, no es considerar\u00e0 membre computable el que no convisca amb el sol\u00b7licitant de l\u2019ajuda. No obstant aix\u00f2, si tindr\u00e0 la consideraci\u00f3 de membre computable, el <\/span><b>nou c\u00f2njuge o persona unida per una relaci\u00f3 an\u00e0loga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, encara que no es trobe legalitzada la seua situaci\u00f3 com a parella de fet, <\/span><b>la renda de la qual s\u2019inclour\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dins del c\u00f2mput de la renda familiar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el cas de <\/span><b>cust\u00f2dia compartida<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, es consideraran membres de la unitat familiar aquells que convisquen en el <\/span><b>domicili en qu\u00e8 es trobe<\/b> <b>empadronat l\u2019alumne\/a.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Caldr\u00e0 presentar tamb\u00e9 acord o resoluci\u00f3 per la qual s\u2019estableix el r\u00e8gim de cust\u00f2dia compartida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>No computa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Els fills concebuts i no nascuts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>DADES DE LA RENDA PER A LA BAREMACI\u00d3.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019acreditaci\u00f3 de les dades econ\u00f2miques ser\u00e0 consultada per la conselleria a l\u2019AEAT de forma telem\u00e0tica. La no presentaci\u00f3 davant de l\u2019AEAT de la declaraci\u00f3 del IRPF per part d\u2019alguns dels membres de la unitat familiar que estiguen obligats a aix\u00f2, ser\u00e0 motiu de la denegaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ajuda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rendes subjectes a IRPF: Caselles 415 i 435 (Exercici 2017)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de no estar obligat i no haver presentat declaraci\u00f3 d\u2019IRPF, es tindr\u00e0 en compte els ingressos i les deduccions i reduccions d\u2019ingressos facilitats per l\u2019AEAT, amb la corresponent minoritzaci\u00f3 de 5.700 EUR que realitzar\u00e0 l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 inform\u00e0tica de la Conselleria d\u2019Educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rendes exemptes: Computaran de manera \u00edntegra coma renda de la unitat familiar i se sumaran, si \u00e9s el cas, a les rendes subjectes a IRPF. L\u2019import dels ingressos no subjectes a IRPF es veur\u00e0 minorat en 5.700 EUR, com s\u2019ha assenyalat en el punt anterior.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>ACREDITACI\u00d3 DE CIRCUMST\u00c0NCIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Fam\u00edlia monoparental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aportar t\u00edtol de <\/span><b>fam\u00edlia monoparental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Decret 179\/2013 de 22 de novembre del Consell).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cas de no disposar de t\u00edtol de fam\u00edlia monoparental, s\u2019acreditar\u00e0 per mitj\u00e0 de la documentaci\u00f3 seg\u00fcent:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viudetat: <\/span><b>Llibre de fam\u00edlia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i <\/span><b>certificat de defunci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> d\u2019alguns dels c\u00f2njuges.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Separaci\u00f3 o divorci: <\/span><b>Llibre de fam\u00edlia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i sent\u00e8ncia judicial firmada de separaci\u00f3 o divorci (o conveni regulador en el cas de parelles de fet), on constar\u00e0 acreditada l\u2019obligaci\u00f3 legal de pagar la pensi\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria, i el r\u00e8gim de conviv\u00e8ncia de la descend\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Fam\u00edlies de pare\/mare solter\/soltera: <\/span><b>llibre de fam\u00edlia<\/b><span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En els tres casos caldr\u00e0 aportar certificat municipal de conviv\u00e8ncia o si no n\u2019hi ha, informe <\/span><b>dels servicis socials<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o <\/span><b>CERTIFICAT D\u2019EMPADRONAMENT COL\u00b7LECTIU.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La conviv\u00e8ncia de la mare o el pare fadrins, separats, divorciats o vidus amb una altra persona amb qu\u00e8 mantinguen una relaci\u00f3 d\u2019afectivitat, encara que esta no este regularitzada, <\/span><b>exclou la condici\u00f3 de fam\u00edlia monoparental<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els beneficis atribu\u00efts a la mateixa.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fam\u00edlia nombrosa: si el t\u00edtol ha sigut em\u00e8s per la Comunitat Valenciana no cal aportar-ho. Si prov\u00e9 de fora de la Comunitat Valenciana s\u00ed \u00e9s necessari aportar c\u00f2pia del t\u00edtol.
